Chemtrails Busted in Germany - Meteorologist presses charges of weather manipulation
In this video clip, recorded from a TV news report on the RTL network, it is reported that they discovered Chemtrails in areas where the German Airforce was engaged in war game exercises. It is admitted that they are able to trick ground radar with them. They also say that there was a deliberate attempt to cover up with false radar images. They have 97% confidence in their findings and now they are taking action, and are launching a criminal investigation into "persons unknown" for weather manipulation, which is illegal.
